Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WP Admin UI WordPress plugin ("the Plugin") and related services provided by Nicolas Gruwe, auto-entrepreneur ("we", "our", "us").

By purchasing or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified by your plan:

• Solo: 1 site
• Pro: 5 sites
• Agency: Unlimited sites

This license is perpetual ("lifetime") and includes all future updates to the Plugin.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Install and use the Plugin on the number of sites allowed by your license
• Use the Plugin on client websites you build or manage
• Receive updates and bug fixes for the lifetime of the product

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Plugin
• Share your license key with third parties
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Plugin
• Use the Plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Plugin

5. Support

Your purchase includes 6 months of technical support from the date of purchase. Support includes:

• Bug fixes and troubleshooting
• Installation assistance
• Compatibility questions

Support does not include customization, third-party plugin conflicts resolution beyond our control, or general WordPress training.

After the 6-month support period, you may continue to use the Plugin and receive updates, but support requests will not be guaranteed.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Plugin for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. Refunds will be processed through Freemius within 5-10 business days.

After 7 days, refunds are not available except in cases of duplicate charges or technical issues that prevent the Plugin from functioning and cannot be resolved.

7. Updates

Your license includes lifetime access to all Plugin updates. Updates are provided to improve functionality, security, and WordPress compatibility. We reserve the right to modify features between updates.

8. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including all code, design, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Nicolas Gruwe. Your license grants you the right to use the Plugin but does not transfer ownership.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for compatibility with all WordPress themes and plugins, we cannot guarantee the Plugin will work perfectly in all environments.

We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of the Plugin. Always backup your website before installing any plugin.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nicolas Gruwe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
